You will need to submit the following in order for your litter to be awarded UKALC Accreditation.
Full body and side profile photographs of the Sire and Dam of your litter.
Pedigrees of both Sire and Dam
Relevant health certificates for both Sire and Dam
Each puppy from your UKALC Accredited litters, will receive a stamped pedigree to verify that it has been approved by our Health Testing Registrar. Do you agree to include this Pedigree with your Puppy Pack?
